Since 1986, Byeokje Galbi Bangi has stood as a local institution — home to barbecued Hanwoo short ribs that built its name one charcoal-grilled cut at a time. Only the finest Hanwoo makes it to the table, hand-selected by our artisan butcher to the same standard kept since the beginning. The signature dishes remain the beautifully marbled short ribs and ribeye, grilled over charcoal.
